Q: When I purchase my
OrbitMark
certificate, what documents are included in the gift package?
A:
The OrbitMark commemorative gift
package includes the elegant, prestigious, completely personalized document,
which will arrive in a distinctive clear-view pocket folder that
perfectly displays the beauty of the document. You'll also receive a
celebratory welcome
letter (also completely personalized) from the International Society of Planetary Adventurers congratulating the recipient upon this momentous occasion, as well as a
gift card bearing your birthday message and greetings.
A:
The certificate, which is in standard 8.5x11 "letter size," is ready
for mounting in any standard document frame. We can also frame the
certificate for you for an additional fee. The frame is crafted in
elegant rosewood with dark trim, and features a black matte -- the
overall effect is very distinctive, and will add to the uniqueness
of the gift when displayed in the recipient's home or office.

In the continental United States, standard First Class parcel
delivery generally takes seven to fourteen business days, not
including weekends and holidays. Priority Mail delivery is estimated
at three to five business days. Express delivery usually takes one
or two days.
Please note that First Class and
Priority Mail shipments do not include tracking and delivery times
are not guaranteed.
During the peak holiday seasons, all methods of delivery will take longer, and delivery
dates cannot be guaranteed.
For international shipments, please
allow up to four weeks on standard delivery, ten to fourteen days on
priority delivery, and five to seven days on express delivery.
Q: I need a copy of the
certificate right away. Can I download a temporary copy?
A:
Unfortunately, because the documents are personalized and require
the "human touch" to be produced, they are not available instantly
for download. We do offer a PDF copy of the certificate and the
welcome letter, which is available at an additional fee. PDF copy
processing is expedited, and is sent via email on the next business
day. (We cannot process PDF copies on weekends or holidays under any
circumstances.)
